Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

 

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 

 

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your return. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, and the credit will appear within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s processing time. 

 

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
